This depends on the following steps:

1. Importing the HE driver and associated infrastructure into the tree.
2. Importing if_harp.
3. Testing the HE driver on a HE622.

You can try it yourself - get the ngatmbase package, apply the patch I
posted to the list and try it (you need to build hatm and harp only).
If you need help - let me know.

Not really. I have an older version, but getting ngATM into the tree will
take some time (given, that I get support to do this).
