ABR test program

Hi all,

just in the case somebody wants to see how ABR works, I have put a small
program to play with ABR on people.freebsd.org/~harti. Currently you will
need a ForeRunnerHE (hatm(4)) adapter to use it (because only that adapter
supports raw cell input/output) and a switch (because you must split the
VC).
