Log:
  Comment out the 'Prior Releases Still Being Supported'
  section for the time being. We have none of them at
  this specific moment.
  
  Move the 10.0 entry to the
  'Prior Releases Which Have Reached End-Of-Life' section
  since that is no longer supported.
