Log:
  FAQ: multiple changes
  
  - remove leading "So"
  - simplify explanation of packages and pkg(7)
  - the old package tools are dead, don't ask about converting back
  - remove question about killing processes by name.  This is not an FAQ and the
    FAQ is not an intro to Unix guide.
