Log:
  Put Multiqueue Testing project in the gsoc section
  
  Also standardize on a lowercase "of" in "Google Summer of Code"
  while we're here.
  
  Put the deadline for 2015Q3 submissions at the usual October 7th
  instead of October 1st.
