Log:
  Always set PORTVERSION!  Except when DISTVERSION is set, then NEVER set
  PORTVERSION!  (Requested by koobs in IRC.)  Also clarify the part about
  PORTNAME being unique.  (Unrequested, but that didn't stop me.)
