    [handbook/multimedia] Add pulseaudio settings info
    
    Document that for applications using audio/pulseaudio, changing
    hw.snd.default_unit might require to restart the pulseaudio daemon.
    
    Document the use of pacmd(1) to change the default sink on the fly as an
    alternative.
