I suspect that this is a bit of an overstatement.  These commits are all in
wpa_supplicant and it may be that we would support the newer auth features
in Wifi 6 on a driver that supported WiFi 6.  However, I don't think any of
the wifi drivers in FreeBSD currently support 802.11ac much less Wifi 6.
