    FreeBSD-related Publications: be concise, clear
    
    Readers don't need to see the phrase 'FreeBSD-related publications'
    three times so near the head of the page.
    
    Reduce repetition.
    
    Orientation: to help distinguish between what's in the page and what's
    not, add emphasis in two places.
