    Status/2024Q4/freebsd-foundation.adoc: Use mailto

An attempt to use author entities was made, but the result in the web
rendered version of status reports is ugly: the name of the author is
displayed and then the email address within angular parenthesis <...>.
The mailto macro gives a better result: a link to the email address
displaying the author's name as text.
