    handbook/dtrace: Add references and refresh some paragraphs
    
    - Reference manual pages where appropriate
    - Rewrite some paragraphs for better clarity
    - Do some minor wordsmithing
    - Do not explain how ksh is needed for the DTrace Toolkit. That's what
      RUN_DEPENDS are for.
