    HW Relnotes: Remove the Camera section
    
    Remove the Camera section from the Hardware Release Notes template as
    well as the last five years of Hardware notes where it contained only
    ficticious entries.
    
    + The bktr driver was removed in src:daba5ace03e83a930 for FreeBSD 13.0.
    + The connectix quickcam was left over from the original hardware notes.
    
    Hopefully we may be able to re-add the Cameras section in the future.
