  FreeBSD projects repository

    compat-fbsd/compat4x.alpha Makefile

  * Update the alpha fbsd compat libs with 4.10.
  * Switch to 'projects' repo from 'src' one.
  * Switch to distirbution thru ftp-master vs. release bits.
