  Modified files:
    csup                 main.c proto.c proto.h 
  Log:
  - Export the protocol major and minor versions as well as the software
    version to the world.
  - Use these to print a nicer message for the -v flag, more like the
    message printed by CVSup.
  - While I'm here, since csup now supports nearly all the major featuresxi
    of CVSup in checkout mode, bump the software version from CSUP_0_1 to
    CSUP_1_0.
