    nvmecontrol.8: Explain non-operational power modes
    
    `nvmecontrol power -l ...` lists the available power modes.
    Non-operational modes are marked with an asterisk. While here,
    add <device-id | namespace-id> to the "nvmecontrol power" synopsis.
