Hello Max and all,
I have tried oci02 on -current, 6.2-stable and 6.1-stable and I
receive the same error:

./oci02 1

 Number of tables is 1

-- ORACLE error
ORA-12545: Connect failed because target host or object does not exist

I have attached the sqlnet.log file.
How can I debug this problem?
