The manpages for FreeBSD 15.0 RELEASE are based on the published tarballs
https://download.freebsd.org/releases/amd64/15.0-RELEASE/

In that case, on the amd64 tarball. Some months ago we agreed that manpages
should be always installed, regardless of the architecture.
