Thank you for the clarification.

You are right that my current site IgNix.ru does not yet fully look like a
classic user group site with a separate page describing meetings, schedule, and
activities. At the same time, the non‑commercial Russian FreeBSD community is
already represented on the User Groups page via Lissyara.su, which I have been
co‑maintaining with Alexey Keda for many years.

So I agree: let us place IgNix.ru under the commercial section. In that context
it is more accurate to present IgNix as a consulting and expert services
provider around BSD systems (FreeBSD, OpenBSD and other UNIX‑like systems),
while community activities and forums continue under Lissyara.su.

If you are willing to prepare a patch for the commercial page, I would be glad
to review and refine the description text if needed.
