Are you sure about: "KMK_CONFIG+=VBOX_ONLY_ADDITIONS=1"?
Port already have in post-patch:
        @${ECHO_CMD} 'VBOX_ONLY_ADDITIONS = 1' > ${WRKSRC}/LocalConfig.kmk
