poudriere log with packaging error in lang/python311 using qemu-user-static

This is (slightly) reduced log of packaging error in lang/python311 during
poudriere bulk build using qemu-user-static an arm64.

Somehow, it wants to install some *.cpython-311.opt-1.pyc files:

stage/usr/local/lib/python3.11/__pycache__/zipfile.cpython-311.opt-1.pyc:No=
 such file or directory
