I have also tried to run-test the qemu-user-static-devel as of 11.0.50 to
cross-build ports-mgmt/pkg from amd64 for arm64. I have not got even to
starting the build, the jail crashed before:

I have used later this same 16arm64 jail to build devel/git@tiny with
qemu-user-static (rebase-3.1 branch) and it successfully built 27 packages,=
 so
I think the jail itself is ok.
