Thanks for pointing this out.  Yet another LinuxKPI insufficiency to fix for
me.

It seems that code comes from f211d536b6763 still and hps did reduce locks
before and made them wrappers in a6619e8d9c1a3.

Most of that code is definitively before my LinuxKPI time.

I did a cleanup pass I think when I did the limit of the coherent to 32bit =
and
I added the counter as bouncing on arm64 still fails with nseg=3D1.
