The "couldn't be completed in time" is apparently: 10008 /* NFS3ERR_JUKEBOX */ (from contrib/tcpdump/print-nfs.c) I understand it is not so really useful to log NFS4 as NFS3. I should have known that, or maybe rather, somebody should have improved the tcpdump...
