This should be fixed in stable/15 by commit 6fd7e55
and is in 15.1 (being released any time now).

I'll leave this in progress until the reporter confirms
that an upgrade to 15.1 fixes the problem.

If you look at the commit, the ai did fix
your case, but didn't handle the case where
hidden (or system or archive) is set true.

Thanks for reporting it. Someone offered access to
a Mac, but I haven't gotten around to using it for
testing and the MacOS engineering people don't talk
to people like me.
