Patch to update graphics/gthumb

- Update to 3.12.8
- Adjust dependencies
- Remove MESON_ARGS, these are default values
- Remove EXIV2, SECRET, WEBSERVICES options, graphics/exiv2 is now mandatory
- Unset BRASERO option, no new releases in 4 years
