Update libwebkitgtk-6.0 to 2.48.0

Hi,

The current version is 2.46.6, release on February 2025.  Since web
renderers often have critical security bugs, it is important to update
frequently.  Updating to 2.48.0 would be great, but note that the
current version is 2.50.4.

I'm a new FreeBSD user (running it on QEMU).  Although I am new, I have
experience in packaging in other platforms and I can probably help.

Please let me know if someone is working on this or if there are any
known blockers.  Thank you.
