Especially, we're avoiding this way: * no loss of documentation or its accuracy * no loss of native build * no surprises for end users, pkg install "libxml2" gives them docs + binaries + lib as before * no dance in downstream ports around @bootstrap flavors. While here, it deprecates libxml2-python to be honest about upstream intentions to kill that bit.
