Correction, I didn't realize there wasn't a version update but instead it was
just the addition of the DOC and TEST options.

graphics/cairomm: Various improvements

- Add USES=xorg, otherwise USE_XORG has no effect
- Add DOCS option
- Add testing support

Here is error I get if I select DOC option.
