As I'm using 1.58.x versions for a while, it's time to update this port.

- update to 1.58.4
- fix LICENSE
- adjust WWW entry
- switch to USES= gettext-tools
- sort OPTIONS_DEFAULT
- remove OPTIONS_EXCLUDE
