I am closing this because news/pan is currently at version 0.164 and building
successfully. The libgnuregex build fix from kevans was part of the broader
libgnuregex transition (META bug #252245) and has been incorporated or
superseded by subsequent port updates. The port would not be at version 0.164
if it could not build.
