I am closing this bug because arrowd@ (GNOME team) confirmed in March 2025 that
the libsoup2/libsoup3 conflict is fixed by the gnome-calendar update to 47.0
(commit 185c118431fc). The root cause -- gnome-calendar linking both
libsoup-2.4 and libsoup-3.0 simultaneously via geoclue and libgdata -- has been
resolved through the port update.
