I am closing this because Nautilus has been updated from 3.36 to 47.6, a
massive update that completely changed the GVFS/mounting infrastructure. The
Turkish character encoding issue with msdosfs automounting was filed over 5
years ago by a single reporter with no follow-up. If the issue persists with
current GNOME, a new bug should be filed against the current version.
