I'm closing this as the port has been updated from 1.12.52 to 1.12.60 since the
plist/dependency issues were reported in March 2023. The PERL option handling
and missing LIB_DEPENDS may have been addressed in subsequent updates. If the
issue persists with the current version, please file a new bug.
