I'm closing this as the patch was written for mutter 42.4 and the port is now
at 47.10. Even when submitted, jbeich noted it failed at runtime due to session
ID detection issues. Wayland support in GNOME/mutter has changed fundamentally
between versions 42 and 47, so a fresh approach would be needed.
