    graphics/xviewer: update to 3.4.16

    - explicitly define USE_GNOME=gdkpixbuf2xlib to match Linux Mint
      packaging
    - include upstream commit for GIRepository-2.0 compatibility,
      especially after devel/libpeas1 update
