Updating to 1.28.1 fixes this fallout. For some reason a pre-generated
configure script is not included in this tarball so mate-autogen + associates
are included in BUILD_DEPENDS; they should be removed in the next release when
they include a pre-generated configure again. Also for some reason gtk-docs are
not generated anymore.
