It's also listed after LICENSE* variables which makes more sense and is what
the current port Makefile follows.

Porters Handbook mentions portclippy as a tool however it also doesn't say =
that
you shouldn't blindly follow it and once again it makes little sense to mix=
 it
with build related variables. In general it makes quite a few non sensible
suggestions but can also be a helpful tool.
