This looks like a planned hostile purge and takeover.

They can introduce any law with zero accountability on their own.

They can get whatever they want, without knowledge, skill, investment,
effort, pure bureaucracy, making you work for free constantly
threatened by unlimited new penalties and and constantly new
regulations, so you jump as they please, not to prosper just to
survive.

No thinking people or company will stay there. Question is who comes
next and why so cheap?
