Way back when IPv6 was being designed, the idea was that it wouldn't
be at all hard (insecure, stupid, etc.) to just put an "adult material"
bit into the IPv6 packet header.  Fortunately, the idea perished fairly
quickly and I predict a similar end here.                      -- George
