Best USB audio driver to use as a template? (GENERAL GENERAL WEBCAM)

So... I got a headset that I can't even return... so might as well make a
driver for it.  It is wireless with a USB dongle.

Without a driver, the microphone shows up as "GENERAL GENERAL WEBCAM" and
nothing shows up as a speaker.

So if I was inspired to hack on a driver, which would be the appropriate
template?
