This is out of scope for my metric implementation.
However, I want to implement RTA_PREF (ipv6 route priority) after this.
It may achieve the same results for you.
Of course that's slightly different in nature.

Anyway, I'm working on metric for the past two months now.
I'm going to commit that tomorrow if nothing special happens.

I REALLY appreciate if anyone could take a look at that stack of 
revisions in phabricator. (even C-wise)
