[call for testing] improved clipboard for Wayland / Sway

Hi all!

As experiment I've clauded a clipboard manager for wayland / sway.
In theory it support FreeBSD also - currently only tested on Linux.

If somebody sees potential in it, test it, feedback it, patches also
welcome. :)
