there is one behaviour relating to westmere graphics that has been plaguing me for some time,for some time drm-612-kmod has been broken for my westmere igpu on 16-current,any attempt at X11 always ended up in failure until i did some digging and reached to some assumptions,i would be really glad if you could help verifying those assumptions,for more details please see https://github.com/freebsd/drm-kmod/issues/481 and https://lists.freebsd.org/archives/freebsd-stable/2026-August/004276.html
