Do you have anything configured in /etc/X11/xorg.conf? If so, remove the
file and let X auto configure.
Otherwise try switching DDX driver, modesetting or amdgpu

/etc/X11/xorg.conf:

Section "Device"
    Driver      "amdgpu"
EndSection

VS
