Does anybody use AData Legend 960 with FreeBSD?

Hello! I'm trying to use new AData Legend 960 as L2ARC for my big ZFS pool, and twice got live lock which could be solved by removing device. Maybe, somebody encounters same or any other problem with this drive or any other drive based on SM2264? I've choose this SSD due to exception "write when full" performance, better than top-of-the-line Samsung. -- // Lev Serebryakov
