Norwegian collation for FreeBSD

I sent a patch adding collation sequences for no_NO.ISO8859-1 and
no_NO.ISO8859-15 to freebsd-bugs in May 2003

Is there any hope this will be commited anytime soon? 

Could the collation sequences be added when no_NO is renamed to
nn_NO/nb_NO?
