Hi everyone,

our web developers asked me for a hi_IN.UTF-8 locale to
use in the context of a multilingual web application.
Has anyone prepared such a locale yet that he is willing
to share? If not, do we have any tools to help with preparing
FreeBSD locales from the date in the Unicode repository?
