Looks like I removed that message.
Could you try adding, to the function, "ev_incoming_from_i4b()" in the file
"/usr/src/usr.sbin/i4b/isdnd/fsm.c", the following:
log(LL_CHD, "Incoming call from '%s' to '%s' (cdid=%05d)",
src_tel, dst_tel, mp->header.cdid);
Just before:
if(mp->channel == CHAN_NOT_ANY)
Then re-compile and install "isdnd":
cd /usr/src/usr.sbin/i4b/isdnd
make all install
