The "--with-vendor-bug-url" option breaks at the first % in the value.
Somehow openjdk17 does not have this issue, but openjdk19 and openjdk24 have it
also.
I'm not sure if it affects the build in a negative way. I think everything is
fine as long as --prefix are the default values which it is on the official
build cluster.
