I got hint from another failed port, mongodb70, pasting its comment here:

Ooops, indeed I have recently moved my poudriere setup from jail to bhyve vm,
newly introducing poudriere.conf's MAX_MEMORY=4.

I have enough RAM in vm, so I'll gradually raise it and let you know when build
succeds.

Sorry for bothering you with my misconfiguration and thank you for your help.

Let's leave this open until build succeeds, maybe someone will benefit from
finding the value to set for poudroere's MAX_MEMORY. Otherwise feel free to
close.
